Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

AussieWebCompany (“AussieWebCompany”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand operated by TOBODIGI LLC, a Maryland (USA) limited liability company with its mailing address at 7570 South Arbory Ln, Laurel, MD 20707, USA. This policy explains how we deliver our website, Shopify store and branding services.

1. Digital services only. Nothing is shipped

All our services are digital and custom-made. We do not sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges or shipping times.

2. When work begins

Your project starts after:

  1. You accept our written quote or proposal;
  2. We receive your payment or agreed deposit through Stripe or PayPal and, where agreed, Payoneer; and
  3. We receive your complete brief and any content or access we need.

We confirm the start date and the delivery schedule in writing (usually by email).

3. Typical timelines

These are typical timelines. Your quote or proposal confirms the dates for your project.

Branding (Logo, Identity, Brand Kit) Initial directions usually within 1–2 weeks of a complete brief

Timelines are measured in business days or weeks from the start point in section 2. They depend on timely feedback, content and approvals from you and on platform review times. If something changes the schedule, we tell you as soon as we know and agree on a new date with you.

4. How we deliver

Websites and stores are delivered live in your own accounts with admin access transferred to you. Brand files are supplied as SVG, PNG and PDF exports, plus other assets stated in your package.

Each time we deliver a milestone, we notify you by email. Final delivery is complete when we send you the final files or access, or when we launch or submit the work in your account.

5. Revisions

Revision rounds are set by your package: Launch 2 rounds; Business and Growth 3 rounds; First Store 2 revisions; Store Builder 3 revisions; Logo 2 rounds; others as stated in your quote. Business and Store Builder include 14-day bug support and Growth includes 30-day bug support after launch, where stated in your package. Additional work or changes to an approved direction need an agreed scope and price before that work proceeds.

Please send feedback within 14 days of each delivery. If we do not hear from you within 30 days of a delivery, despite at least two reminders, we may treat that milestone as delivered and pause or close the project. You can still contact us to restart a paused project, and this does not affect your rights under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Third-party platforms

Some work relies on third-party platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, hosting providers, domain registrars and app or plugin developers. Their approval processes, review times, outages and policy changes are outside our control. Where your package includes submission or setup on these platforms, we complete it in accounts you own or control, and you remain the account holder.

7. File storage and backups

We keep copies of final deliverables for at least 90 days after final delivery. Please download and store your files securely. After that period we may delete project files, unless we agree to keep them for longer.

8. Didn’t receive something?

If you have not received a deliverable by the agreed date, or a download link does not work, email info@aussiewebcompany.com. Please check your spam folder too. We will resend or fix access within 2 business days. Missed delivery dates are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
